THE IMPACT OF PERSONALITY TRAITS ON SELFIE-TAKING BEHAVIOR IN ADOLESCENTS AND YOUNG ADULTS

Selfie have become newest technological spread to take over the youth, due to easily availability in Mobile phone observable fact of new culture of the young generation’s that are arise the personality traits. This study aim investigates the selfie behavior relationship between personality traits some demons of personality traits extraversions, openness, and agreeableness also narcissistic measure also find difference of adolescence and young adulthood. Quantitative descriptive, Correlation coefficients, T independence test, survey design used to assess extraversion, openness, agreeableness and narcissistic feature self- behavior and also using socio-demography data sheet Selfietis behavior scale (SBS) and also use Big five inventory (BFI) personality scale Simple size is 90 (50 male, 40 female) students. Study found that mean selfie behavior and personality traits positive significant difference with adolescence & young adulthood was p value= .754 & .394. Significant relationship between self- behavior with narcissistic p>.090. There is no effect on attention seeking with extraversions. Study conclude there is difference of age criteria impact of self-behavior and personality traits there is association between self-behaviors with five dimension of personality traits relationship between variable.
